Yes. In addition to furnished temporary rentals, we also offer unfurnished apartments with 12-month or 2-year contracts.
For these contracts, tenants are generally required to provide:

A Property Guarantee (Garantía Propietaria) in the City of Buenos Aires, or

Rental Guarantee Insurance (Seguro de Caución).

Requirements may vary depending on the property and the owner's conditions.

The required documentation depends on the type of contract, but in most cases you'll need:

A valid passport or national ID

Proof of income or an employment contract (when applicable)

If you're a student, a certificate of enrollment

For long-term rentals, a Property Guarantee or Rental Guarantee Insurance
